You understand that hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services has no obligation to monitor the Message Boards. However, hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove from the website any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services’s sole discretion are objectionable or in any way violate these terms and conditions.
If you fail to abide by these Rules when taking part in a hervolution.org Message Board service, you will be sent an e-mail which informs you why your contribution has been failed or edited. This mail will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.
This action may include your relevant account or accounts being placed into pre-moderation or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of hervolution.org website areas.
If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to hervolution.org website or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on hervolution.org considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school, email provider or the law authorities about the infringement/s.
hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time for any reason.
21. hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services uses Canada Post, first class postage prepaid service to deliver all products. The delivery times may vary depending on your purchase date, your delivery address and any circumstances that may impact the Canada Postal Service.
This agreement is effective until terminated by hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services, at any time without notice. Any termination shall not give rise to any liability of hEr VOLUTION Innovative Education and Employment Services.
CONFLICT OF TERMS
If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on hervolution.org then the latter shall prevail.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario and Canada.
